Footballers, rock stars, wrestlers, actors, TV personalities and some genuinely astonishing styling decisions all make the countdown. Some were fashionable at the time. Some have somehow survived for decades. Some were never acceptable in the first place. And then there's Gerry Francis . Who takes number one? Which legendary barnet has been criminally overlooked?
