The World Cup of Black Dudes
You’re watching the free group stages, Groups A–D. The full tournament is on Patreon and Spotify.
The World Cup of Black Dudes gets underway with Groups A–D , bringing together some of the most iconic, influential, entertaining and unforgettable black men across sport, music, culture, TV and beyond. From football legends like Sol Campbell and pioneers such as Uriah Rennie , to global cultural icons like Snoop Dogg , Richard Pryor , Michael Jackson and Michael Jordan , this opening episode wastes no time throwing huge contenders into the mix. We also get into larger-than-life personalities like Mike Tyson , Chris Eubank Snr , cult favourites such as Brian Belo , and plenty more names that instantly spark memories, debates and stories. As always, the criteria is loose — impact, charisma, recognisability, legacy and pure presence all come into play as we decide who deserves to progress. This is where the tournament begins — and it only gets bigger from here. 🪚 THIS EPISODE IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY BEECHHALL JOINERY Looking for high-end joinery, bespoke woodwork or beautifully crafted interiors?
